This Privacy Statement outlines how Live Nation Venues Netherlands B.V. (hereinafter: AFAS Live) handles personal information, such as the personal data of visitors to AFAS Live websites and buyers of tickets for concerts and other events organized by AFAS Live (hereinafter: "the user" or "you"). AFAS Live places great importance on the careful and secure collection and processing of your data. You are advised to read this Privacy Statement carefully. We have made an effort to keep this explanation as brief and understandable as possible.

In general, AFAS Live may collect data from you when you sign up for an AFAS Live newsletter, purchase a ticket for an event organized by AFAS Live, send us an email, publicly share your information via social media or other public platforms, or when you use our (festival) websites, apps, or social media. The information we receive is used to deliver our services, improve them, for marketing purposes, and to provide our customers with good and personalized service. We will explain this further below.

HOW DO WE COLLECT DATA?

AFAS Live may receive information from you in the following ways:

Directly from you - For example, if you send us an email with a question, use our customer service, or participate in a contest organized by AFAS Live.

Via our own websites and apps - To exercise, improve, and register our services, AFAS Live collects various data through the websites it manages, including the use of cookies. We may also receive location data via our apps if you give your consent.

Via third-party websites - AFAS Live uses the services of third parties. These third parties act on behalf of AFAS Live. This Privacy Statement also applies to data collected via the websites of these third parties when they act as processors for AFAS Live. For instance, think of the online sale of tickets for events organized by AFAS Live through the Ticketmaster website. Ticketmaster and other contractors of AFAS Live may also collect data for their own purposes through their websites. AFAS Live is not responsible for the collection of data not conducted on behalf of AFAS Live. We refer you to the privacy policy of those specific websites.

At events - AFAS Live may also process data from visitors at events it organizes, such as recording an event (with cameras) for commercial or safety purposes. Visitors are always informed of such processing when entering an event location, and such data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless AFAS Live is legally obligated to do so.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

AFAS Live may process various data from users, including personal data. The data that AFAS Live may collect from you includes:

• Contact and account information - Such as name, address, phone number, email address, customer number, number of tickets purchased, and seat number(s).
• Payment and invoice information - When you purchase a ticket for financial processing and administration.
• App and website data - Such as IP address, your unique device identifier, traffic and location data, and what you did on our website or app. For more information about the use of cookies, we refer you to our "Cookie Policy."
• Publicly posted information by you - Such as comments on our news blog or posts on our managed social media sites.
• Information about your preferences - Such as musical taste based on selected favorite artists and/or previously ordered tickets.
• Special data - If you are disabled, we want to ensure that you can enjoy an optimal experience. To meet your accessibility requirements, we collect data about your needs. This may include information you provide in a request for an accessible seat regarding your mental and physical health.
• Data of minors - In the rare cases where we collect personal information from children, we always ask for parental consent and will only collect such information for the purposes specified at the time of collection.

HOW AND WHY DO WE USE THIS DATA?

AFAS Live may use the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

• To fulfill our agreement with you
  We use your data when you enter into a contract with us (e.g., to purchase a ticket) so that we can:
  • process the order;
  • accept the payment;
  • provide customer service.
• For our legitimate business interests
  • Conduct market research and analysis to improve our events and services;
  • For our marketing purposes, to provide you with information about offers, concerts, and other events (such as festivals) organized by or on behalf of AFAS Live. For example, emails with concert information or alerts about similar events;
  • To send emails from customer service, such as reservation confirmations and event reminders;
  • To prevent or detect unlawful behavior, to protect or enforce our legal rights, or in other cases permitted by law. For example, ensuring that tickets end up in the hands of real fans. As such, we may use your data to prevent misuse of our intellectual property (e.g., our brands or partners), fraud, or other crimes.

Your data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above. If you no longer wish to receive messages from us, you can easily unsubscribe. More information on this is provided under "Your Choices and Rights."

WHERE YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR CONSENT

By agreeing to the general terms when purchasing a ticket, you give us permission:

• To contact you with information or offers regarding future similar events. This may be via email, push and web notifications, SMS, or social media platforms. You can change these marketing preferences at any time; see the "Your Choices & Rights" section below.
• To provide you with services based on your location - such as via our festival apps that allow you to see yourself on the map. We may use your location to send you push notifications about what’s happening around you.
• To deliver tailored advertising and marketing communications on our websites and apps (see our Cookie Policy for more information).
• To process your health data to meet your accessibility requirements - if you are disabled and choose to share this information with us.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE DATA?

• Within the Live Nation Entertainment family of companies that provide services for us, such as marketing, profiling, reporting, and technical support;
• Our external service providers (also known as data processors), such as cloud computing providers, who provide the IT infrastructure on which our products and systems are built;
• Our co-promoters and event partners who organize or provide specific services at an event (in accordance with their privacy statement);
• Third parties that provide goods and services you have purchased (e.g., merchandise) so they can process and fulfill orders;
• Government bodies or other authorized agencies where permitted or required by law.

Third-party websites

Except for the third parties mentioned above, this Privacy Statement does not apply to third-party websites, such as sponsor websites of AFAS Live to which AFAS Live links or social media buttons on our websites through which administrators of these social media services collect your personal data. AFAS Live is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party websites. AFAS Live advises you to visit the respective websites for the privacy policy of these third parties.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can always request, adjust, and, if necessary, change or delete your data. This can be done in various ways:

• You can adjust your account and preferences with our ticket partner;
• Furthermore, at the bottom of each message you receive from AFAS Live (or its contractors), there is an option to unsubscribe from the mailing list, so you will no longer receive information from AFAS Live (or its contractors). Don’t worry, important information about an event for which you have purchased tickets will still be sent to you even after unsubscribing from promotional emails;
• You can also toggle location sharing or push notifications from AFAS Live on and off via your device settings (such as your mobile);

You have the right to object to the processing of your data by us and to modify the information you provided. You also have the right to request a copy of the information we have about you. For further questions and to request access to your data, you can fill out this form.

MAINTAINING YOUR INFORMATION

AFAS Live makes every effort to ensure that your information is well protected. Only those individuals who need access to user data as part of their job will have access to it. We have implemented appropriate technical measures, which are regularly updated, to ensure that data is well secured. However, please note: the internet is never 100% secure. Be sure to take necessary security precautions and never share your password with anyone. We do not retain data longer than necessary to provide the services you requested. We will securely delete your data when it is no longer needed for these purposes, in accordance with our business policy.

As part of a global organization, we utilize shared services, some of which are located outside Europe. When information is transferred this way, strict rules apply to ensure that your data remains highly protected. When we do this, we will ensure that necessary security measures are taken. When your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use one of the following mechanisms:

• Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission
• EU-U.S. Privacy Shield
