The 26-year-old Norwegian DJ and producer Alan Walker is known for his hypnotic, high-energy music, which has gained immense popularity worldwide. Alan Walker boasts an impressive fanbase with over 115 million followers on social media, more than 13 billion views on YouTube, and a staggering 80 billion streams across music and videos.
At the age of 18, Alan Walker gained international fame with his hit "Faded." The song garnered billions of views on YouTube and topped global charts, earning him a BRIT Awards nomination for Song of the Year and a Norwegian Grammy in the same category. He built a massive following on social media and continued to release successful singles, collaborating with artists such as Ava Max, Hans Zimmer, Noah Cyrus, Sia, Bruno Mars, and Coldplay. His debut album Different World reached the top of the charts at the end of 2018, followed by his second album World of Walker in 2021, which together have amassed nearly 6 billion streams on Spotify.
Alan has performed at 650 headliner shows and festivals, including Coachella and Tomorrowland. His global arena tour, The Aviation Tour, sold out venues around the world. In late 2022, Alan released his third studio album, Walkerverse, followed by a tour across Europe and North America.
In 2023, Alan Walker unveiled a new project called Walkerworld. On November 11, he introduced a musical theme park experience, with an album featuring 10 tracks and collaborations with artists like Steve Aoki, Daya, Vikkstar, and Ali Gatie. Notably, new tracks are being added monthly throughout 2024, expanding this immersive journey for fans. This ambitious project includes a tour starting with six shows in China and a playable theme park within the game Fortnite. In 2024, the rising star is set to continue expanding Walkerworld, offering a special extension to this ever-growing experience.
