At AFAS Live, we have a range of options for hosting successful meetings. For conferences, seminars and other large meetings, the Black Box, with a maximum capacity of more than 3,500 seats, is a fantastic location. Because the Black Box is a blank slate, the possibilities are endless. Every event is customised, so use the form below to get in touch and start the ball rolling.

For meetings of up to 450 people, you might like to use the isla Talent Stage. By combining it with the Loft and the VIP entrance, you can create your own unique experience. The sample package below gives you an idea of the possibilities. This package can be expanded by adding Café De Snor, Restaurant First or the Legends Lounge as breakout rooms or exclusive lunch areas.

Talent Stage meeting package

The isla Talent Stage is perfect for meetings, seminars and training courses. This space can be combined with the Loft and used in a variety of ways. The Loft features versatile furniture and large windows that look out over Johan Cruijff Boulevard. Use of the VIP entrance provides an exclusive experience.

From 09:00 to 17:00, subject to conditions; times depend on space availability
Standard stage (6 x 4 x 0.40 m); seats arranged in theatre layout
Video projector with a 7.50 m x 4.25 m screen
Sound system, 1 x technician and 1 x handheld or lapel microphone
