DELTA LLOYD

For the second year in a row, Delta Lloyd organized a plenary presentation for 1,200 employees in two sessions. Within a four-hour timeframe, 2,400 guests were captivated by a content-rich presentation featuring various speakers. The nearby area provided space for the buses that transported guests to and from the event.

Not only the Beat Box but also the Black Box at the venue is ideal for plenary meetings. The well-known colorful seating has been replaced with a collection of luxurious black chairs that can be added as needed, depending on guest numbers. With its grand and elegant ambiance, the Delta Lloyd event is a prime example of the venue’s wide range of corporate possibilities.

“Why this location? We chose it because the (then) Heineken Music Hall had the right atmosphere for our event. Practically, it was close to our office and easily accessible by bus. Apart from that, it has been an incredibly pleasant collaboration so far. The venue is a very professional organization—flexible, accessible, and very customer-friendly, just as it should be. The price/quality ratio is excellent, in my opinion.”
