On average, our venue hosts 170 large-scale shows per year. Hundreds of global superstars have graced our stage, including memorable performances by Coldplay, Beyoncé, Adele, Charles Aznavour, Harry Styles, and Ed Sheeran. Leading Dutch artists such as Armin van Buuren, Froukje, Bløf, Kensington, Goldband, and Golden Earring have also graced the Black Box stage.

Our LED Screens

Above the AFAS Live entrance are three large, circular digital screens, each measuring 12 m², totaling 36 m². These screens are highly visible from Johan Cruijff Boulevard due to their prominent position and clear sightlines.

Johan Cruijff Boulevard is the main promenade linking Bijlmer ArenA station to Amsterdam Zuidoost’s business district. It also connects to Johan Cruijff ArenA and leads toward the Ziggo Dome, both of which regularly host large events. Major retailers like Decathlon and MediaMarkt are also located here, attracting a varied audience, including commuters, event-goers, shoppers, and football fans.

Large-Scale Digital Advertising

Video content can enhance engagement, drawing 52% more viewers than static images. This content keeps audiences engaged for longer and remains highly visible both up close and from afar. Campaigns are displayed on full-video screens that loop, alternating between commercial and non-commercial content, ensuring ongoing engagement from passersby.
